Here at whenitswindy, we’ve been overcome by #foilfever. This is a serious medical condition whose first symptoms are #foilface. #foilface can be easily identified on any sub 15knot day or lightwind day. All other kiters will be sulking whilst those with foilface or foil fever will have a grin from ear to ear. These kiters will have a hydrofoil nearby and have most certainly mastered the basics of foiling flight. A sensation like no other.
Taking Kite Foil Lessons is a good idea and should save some frustrations along the way.
I recommend to take lessons from 12 -20 knots of wind.
HOLBOX ISLAND is one of the best places to give this new sport a try.
We offer foilboarding lessons to anyone brave enough to accept the challenge.
We do this using the latest Kite Foil equipment.

Here are a few pictures of Saulius one of our very recent foil school graduates enjoying his new foil on Holbox.
If you are already an experienced kiter don’t be shy and give it a try. It’s not as difficult as you may have heard. Nor is it as expensive as you might think. Entry level foil is similar in price to a new kite and bar.
